Processing Times

• All orders are handcrafted in small batches.
• Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing.
• Orders are shipped Monday through Friday only.
• We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods

• All packages are shipped 2–3 business days after processing.
• You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
• We currently ship within the United States.

Temperature Sensitivity

Our body butter is made with pure, natural ingredients and contains no synthetic stabilizers or waxes. Because of this, it is sensitive to temperature changes:

• In hot weather, the butter may soften or melt during shipping.
• In cold weather, it may arrive firm or hardened.

This is completely normal and does not affect the quality or benefits of the product.

Quick Fixes:

• If melted, place the jar in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes to re-solidify.
• If hardened, let the butter sit at room temperature for a few hours before use.
